I had a private yoga lesson with Cliff and he went above and beyond to give me the best introduction to yoga I could have hoped for.
I always enjoy my classes with friends and feel like I get a good workout every time as the instructors use variety in their classes.,
Really enjoy this Saturday class- smaller, more intimate, and Alice very intuned to her students, no matter what level ♥️
The staff is wonderful not to mention the wonderful instructors and the venue is very zen. Maureen has done an amazing job with her space.
I have to say the reformers could be upgraded for sure.
