I am a beginner with injuries that interfere with yoga positions being taught. I have only attended my first two classes but found instructors to be understanding and helpful, so I could get the maximum benefit from the class. Also found others in the classes friendly and helpful.
Instruction is excellent and instructors are very good, friendly, helpful and the space is warm and clean
