I enjoy the studio and I enjoyed the sequence and the instruction. I think many people could benefit from that class.
Maureen is great. Really enjoy her classes.
The place is lovely and clean. The hot yoga class was relaxing and challenging at the same time. Lockers, showers, change rooms are all great. The only thing that is missing is a full towel service.
