The studio is clean. Spaces are welcoming and calming. The teachers are incredible. The classes are challenging but always ensure to provide modifications, instructors are positive, knowledgeable, and each bring uniqueness to the class. Truly no two classes are ever the exact same but even still, everytime I leave I feel more grounded.
Lori’s classes are always different but challenging and her way of running the class is spiritual but not overly.
Igita has so many different classes with so many options. It has been wonderful for me to start getting healthy mentally and physically.
