Alisha is the best Yoga Teacher! Always attentive to her students. She comes up with alternative poses when others are too difficult for Jack Tripper Yoga types like myself :) Alisha is very patient and has a natural confidence in her yoga instruction. Give her the $10,000 prize please :)
