The app was very easy to use and schedule a yoga class. I attended the hot yoga which was lovely, easy to follow and many options for advanced, new comers or modified poses!

I love the classes and all staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I was not entirely please with was that first time when I called, texted and emailed to get information and no one got back to me. I had to go directly to the building to get information.
Clean, friendly, organized, good service, change room, hot yoga is truly hot yoga not warm yoga.
It's a great centre that felt very warming and inviting and clean.
One neg is that It wasn't clear that there would be no towel service, but I appreciate that the staff was accommodating and provided them nonetheless! Actually, for that I would rate a 10.
