I love Alice's pilates classes, she is amazing. Also ensures you are using correct form.
Linda is a fantastic teacher. Best barre class. Clean washrooms. Windows were open in the studio for fresh air. Lots of parking.
Beautiful space
Pilates with Linda is great! My only complaint is that we usually can’t do tower because the studio only has 5 since they got rid of 1 but there are usually 6 people in the class.
Amazingly decorated studio space, love the plants and the fountain and all the crystals. The teacher was good too, the room was big and hot enough for hot yoga. Overall an amazing experience!
