The hot room is set up in a great way to make you feel relaxed and the instructor is very knowledgeable. Great atmosphere to be in and be able to focus on the moment.

My lifestyle is fairly hectic and aside from the time I make at home with my yoga practice, getting into a studio could be a challenge. iGita never fails me; from the moment I enter through the doors, remove my footwear, and make my way upstairs, the tranquility I feel and the serene ambiance help in my goal to erase the daily stresses in the workplace/home life. It is very welcoming and nothing about it, is intimidating. It's a wonderful studio and its atmosphere alone is very therapeutic ;)
