Every class that I attended during my intro special was exceptional. I only wish there were more afternoon options on Sat and Sun. I’m hoping to get a class pass very soon!
Cliff has a wonderful calming presence in his speech and instructions are clear during the class. He is rhythmical in the movements and the music aligns with the class.
