• Easy to schedule (the one salon out of four locally that responded to an email); friendly, helpful and talented staff; clean, attractive and organized setting. A little pricey for men's cuts, but overall experience made it worth it.

• Having never been there before, walked in on a very busy Saturday. I was distraught over a mishap that took place elsewhere. Terri took the time to speak with me in what seemed to be a very busy moment for her. She was kind , patient and very helpful. She thankfully , gave me the first the available appointment. I had an appointment with Erin on the following Tuesday and she too, was kind , very thoughtful and helpful. I had a wonderful experience at this salon and will definitely be back.
