She listened to what I wanted, checked in through the process to ensure that I wanted her to continue, and produced a perfect cut and color that exactly matched what I asked. I've received multiple compliments because the cut and color is so awesome. The stylist was also very friendly, and the space is nice. I'm very happy with my experience
