I've had 4 sessions with IceLab in the last 3 weeks, and I have to say... my back feels much better, and my sleep is unbroken throughout the night. I have had Bemer treatment twice following the cryotherapy, and I'm feeling great health benefits already. I feel fortunate to have come across this business. The owner, Monica, explains things in detail.

It feels like visiting home and the staff always takes time and shows genuine interest in talking and getting to know you; they listen so they can help youachieve your goals. With such a friendly staff, each having their own unique and interesting life, one never gets bored during a visit which, for me, is daily!The therapy has helped me enormously. I have lived with chronic pain for over 20 years until I found Icelab! I have pain no more because of the cryotherapy (Ihave a monthly membership, wow what a savings!) and Bemer treatments. As a former triathlete and one who prefers a healthy holistic lifestyle when possible, Ican say this is the place to be. Thank you Icelab team!
