• I love the energy, the staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive. The studio space is always immaculate. Most of all Jonny Belinko’s Ashtanga class is the best in the city. All round great studio with great teachers. Please bring meditation and restorative classes back!

• My experience has been great so far. The heated classes take some getting used to so I'd probably take regular temperature classes more often but other than that the teachers are very nice, personable and approachable and the space is very nice!
