• The staff is genuinely friendly and customer-oriented. When I checked in, I was greeted with, "We've been expecting you, Ernie." Nice touch! I had an 80-minute deep tissue massage. Felt like a million bucks after. Pressure was perfect. Spa is in great shape - well-maintained.
