It was the perfect rest and recharge yoga session, felt great. Great instruction, space, and ambiance.
The studio is clean and has a calming atmosphere. The instructors are very knowledgeable and nice every time I attend. I always leave feeling refreshed from gentle yoga classes or having gotten a great workout in the more advanced classes.
