I love the instructors, they are very caring and thoughtful. They gently guide you into each position with such clarity. The vibe is laid back and unpretentious. I’ve attended multiple soundbaths there. I already have invited many friends to Hyperslow and at the red moon sound bath 5 friends joined me. Also since I have been a member and practice there on a regular base I have become stronger and I can definitely feel the difference in my body and Spirit. I love it there. ♥️

I really enjoy taking the foundation class and think that Natalie is great. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
