Grant is truly an excellent teacher. Extraordinary. Every class is different and he is so specific with how he targets his particular physical area, and composed a class around it. Today was one of the best ever.

In general, all of the Hyperslow teachers are amazing. My only request: would be: Would it be possible for Ngoc to shorten (or even eliminate) the pep talks she gives at the beginning of class? Unlike Zoe's very brief inspirational quotes, Ngoc talks about chakras, the seasons, and other stuff. I would rather she just used the time to help us move more. Thanks for asking!

Hyperslow is the best yoga studio in LA and they are crushing virtual classes! I never imagined zoom yoga could feel so personal and intimate, but the excellent teachers at Hyperslow make it such a special experience every time! Love your studio 💓
