Aly was amazing!! She kept me pumped up the whole time with her outgoing positive attitude. She pushed me mentally and physically and the music was awesome! I felt welcomed and taken care of as soon as I walked through the door and throughout the entire class. Plus I can't forget to mention the cold towels that smelled amazing! Thank you!
