The class was great! really liked the cold towel following as well and it felt like a great workout! Feedback is on customer service: Especially for my first time but as a person who regularly goes to studio fitness classes in cities - the greeting to check in and get my shoes was not great. They didn't smile or display enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment. I was really disappointed with that and confused(where to put my stuff, water, if i could go inside, etc. didn't receive direction after paying for shoes). Inside the studio was better thanks to Bridgette who set me up on the bike! Similarly, completely understand the $2 shoe rental. But could you add it to the profile and just charge the card on file? That's just more of the efficiency piece for customer service if technology allows. But will return- thanks for bringing to the zoo!
