It would be difficult to pinpoint one singular reason why I love hydro infusions as much as I do because every aspect of it is far superior to any medical care experience I have previously had. The staff is friendly and attentive. The facilities are top notch but also have a lot of conveniences like the lounge area, coffee bar etc. Most importantly though I would say that when I am being assessed and assisted I feel like I am actually being listened to. My questions are answered thoroughly and patiently without being brushed off and I feel like my care team and I fully agree on the best course of action before any action is taken.
