The staff and everything I received was wonderful. They were very accommodating to me and my family. The front desk was fantastic, everyone answered my questions and were really kind. The RN was knowledgeable and apologetic when the stick didn't go as planned, and I appreciated everyone's kindness especially since I wasn't feeling well. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was the fact that other clients can order food and eat it in the general area we receive IVs. I came with a bout of nausea and stomach sensitivity (which I'm sure some others may have come with) and the strong smells were difficult to deal with while waiting for my own IV to finish.
