please know that the nurse at the Huntersville location Kristen is absolutely fantastic my son also had an ID on the same day and he had a little trouble with pain with the IV site. Not Kristen's fault just near a nerve. Apparently my son did not want to have another IV placed in his other arm because his first IV made his arm very sore. Kristen was so fantastic that she gave us one of her personal passes so we did not have to pay as much for these expensive IVs Kristen is an amazing professional who has so much knowledge and care for her patients I hope you know what a valuable staff member she is!!! Please let me know that you have received this response. If not, I would like to write write a letter acknowledging her fantastic service.!!
