• The staff - the person who checked me in - he was so kind and thoughtful throughout the experience, even helping me shop at the end (beautiful bracelets). He's helped me at the Highlands location and I think may have sold me on a membership - either way, he's excellent with customers. And Tina, my nurse, she was so nice, even helping me get more comfortable as I was dozing off. It felt like a spa day and I guess that's the point! It was a great day.
