• My experience has been great at the Springfield location. Alex has been very professional, and pays close attention to my needs and request. She is very detailed and aims to please. On each of my visits, I have left the establishment with a smile on my face, and feeling totally satisfied with my request, concerns, and new/filled in pair of eyes. As a older aged client, she has assisted me with scheduling of appointments, and basic care of my lashes. It has been a pleasure having her as a technician.
