The class was great! I love that you give the community to do a class for a good price ($5). The atmosphere is great, the teacher did a fantastic job, and I really liked the infrared heat. It was warm enough to get your sweat on, but not so warm that I couldn't breathe/felt like I was going to pass out! The cool lavender cloths at the end are also an amazing touch 👌

The teacher I had Shawna Burke was amazing! Such a great workout! Not only did I feel really good physically but mentally to after I left! I am definitely coming back!
