The flows and instruction were absolutely wonderful!!! Sometimes I love heated yoga and other times I just want to flow at room temp or in a cooler environment. I understand that Humble Warrior is a heated yoga studio. But since the instruction is so great, I wish some of the classes were at room temp to add variety and draw in more attendees.
