Comfortable, clean and relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable instructors, members that are accepting and kind, tranquil space. The aromatherapy shavasana towel is such a wonderful way to end class.

Love Karen! She's a great instructor. Haven't seen her in a long time and it was great to see her. The studio is very nice as well. Sunny and bright! May be my age but I think men should have to wear shirts!! 😀
