Important is the quality of your life and the choices you make from how you eat, what you eat, how you keep your body moving regardless of age. Humble Warrior Power Yoga fits in everyone's life, YES everyone. No greater gift can you give your body and inner systems (being) than attending Yoga restore, Yoga flow, or Power Yoga. For me and my husband we appreciate Yoga restore, we do an intense workout with Yoga flow doing what we can do. It is not about be perfect or right on point it is all about knowing your body and doing what you personally can do. Ahhh and learning to breathe and deeply. BTW we are "Seniors" and absolutely love the infra-red heat and the wonderful sweat we create in our bodies. Come join in the only thing you get is a better interior and exterior of you.
