• I love how personable Amber is with me as a customer. I love how the products actually work! . I usually schedule with Amber and her conversation and energy keeps me coming back. I love how she explains things and really takes the time to ensure the customer is comfortable and satisfied with the final look. I hope she never leaves and your company does everything possible to keep her. She has pure customer service skills that are not watered down, its organic which is a rarity. The establishment is always clean and you don't double dip on wax which is comforting. Now my only gripe is the price of the after care products, if they could go on sale more often lol and not just exclusive to new customers and improving the website. Outside of that I love it here! Only way I stop coming is if Amber leaves lol yes I love her that much . I hope this review really helps your company and positive action is taken as a result.
