Jenna is amazing. I had a lot of length taken off this last visit. Showed some pictures of what I was going for and asked if I was able to achieve this look. Jenna is always honest and talks me through what we can and can not do with my hair. Got just what I wanted. When I was there she had a client come in that needed a bang trim which was great for me because I got time to talk to one of the colorists about my hair and the troubles I have had in the past with other salons dying my hair. As she dried my hair she explained what might have gone wrong and what we could do in the future. Jenna is a great conversationalist and we always talk about our dogs. Plus I have issues with migraines and the lightning in front of the mirrors is perfect, as many places is to harsh and direct. Really love everything about this place.

All of the staff were upbeat and welcoming from the start. I had an amazing hair cut from Dana and then an amazing color from Lucy! I have experienced many negative color and cut experiences from western Maine and will now consider visiting the House of J Henry for both of these artists on a regular basis!
