I give a 10 because I really appreciate the wide spectrum of experience that allows for an inclusive yet high quality environment and experience that house of j Henry has to offer. I love that it's a teaching salon and that my hairdresser was cutting my hair while actively guiding a cutting stylist who's still learning on a manikin. I love how my friend I refereed to the salon tried it for the first time the other day got a cut and color for two level one stylists, and said her experience as well as pricing was the best she's ever had, but at the same time the salon offers high end and very experienced/expensive stylists. And overall very clean facility with very polite and friendly staff.
