The hair professionals are friendly and knowledgeable ..... Lauren is a pleasure to talk to....the offering of cold water on that hot day was a nice touch....I like the personalized Kerastase strengthening /shine and color protectors they have to offer/ and I always get....my hair has never felt/ look so healthy...... the woman that cashes me out is super helpful and she always says something nice about me whether it is my hair / shoes etc. plus everyone there always look so pretty/ handsome....
