My appointment was with Lauren and she was friendly, helpful, and took the time to review how I was feeling about my color and was great with explaining the products she used and how they would benefit my hair styling goals. When I arrived I was greeted with such a friendly smile by guest service team member. A fabulous experience despite the rainy weather!
