Well they were training a new girl and I think there may have been a miscommunication on what service I wanted which was a wash, cut and style but I think there may have been a schedule mishap, however they smoothed it over very quickly and had 2 ladies take care of me. It worked out just fine and I'm pleased with my trim. and She was careful to keep my length. Also the stylist that washed and conditioned me does color and she was very enthusiastic about a future visit with me which was contagious. I found her insight to be helpful. I'll be going back for a color. In addition the gentleman that was the receptionist for the evening was very gracious as well. Overall I was pleased with my visit.
