From the moment I walked in the customer service and professionalism was A1. I was offered a beverage while waiting. Once seated, both my color specialist & stylist listened to what I was hoping to accomplish and offered suggestions. Conversation was relaxed and not pretentious. It is very obvious they love what they do and keep up with the new trends

Everyone was so kind and down to earth. I was always asked if I needed anything, and they even allowed me to use a phone charger to charge my phone! Everything was very clean and decorated nicely. Everything was also explained to me very well, i.e. the process of what was being done to my hair, what he was using, etc.
