I had an appointment with Amber in the Color Department to "refresh" and I was not disappointed- healthy shiny hair! I also had an appointment with Tamiko in the Cutting Department. I showed Tamiko a picture of a haircut I liked - she exceeded my expectations with my new haircut. Tamiko took the time to provide styling tips so I can recreate the look at home. Always a positive visit at House of J Henry - the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile by Guest Services. Customer service = 💯 Customer satisfaction = 💯
