• HOA addresses my need- a predetermined workout where I show up and put in the work. Recovery is emphasized to give you the skills you need and amazing facility to recover in. Coaches are all knowledgeable and positive, that push you. In short, from the time you walk until you walk out you feel welcomed and valued. HOA is an amazing place!
