• From the greeting as I walk through the front door to the rack, to the turf, to the altitude room, and finally the exhausted "see you tomorrow" wish, I feel welcomed and part of the "tribe" family. The still small voice of encouragement is gold! Not only doing the exercise, but doing it right. The coaches are the real deal, and great examples to inspire us all.
