• I tried Hott for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. The shampoo chairs were nicely cushioned and the way they position the sinks allows for your neck to rest easily and comfortably. The shampoo itself was so relaxing. Water was not sprayed all over my face (believe me, that has happened to me in other salons) and the complimentary massage was heavenly. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor, as well. I could see myself enjoying other services than the 30-minute blow out I had. I had Lisa and she was professional and cognizant of my needs. Her technique was flawless and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I woke up today and my hair still looks great . This could become an addiction!
