It was my first time doing any sort of yoga, the the audio was lovely with very clean facilities, the instructor was great giving very clear instructions.

Anna's class was lovely. Yin Yoga. Would love to attend more Yin classes. Perfect balance for a very Yang world. Anna also has a beautiful calming energy and it was great to partake in the class with others.
