I really enjoyed this class. As a regular Bikram participant for many years now, I felt that Darren had a really good energy with a perfect balance of motivating, pushing and encouragement. Every Bikram class I feel progressed in some way whether mentally or physically or both, and I certainly achieved that yet again with Darren. Cheers!
The teachers are brilliant, reassuring, open and oh so giving.
The students I found were also kind happy to sharing and just a pleasure to spend my time with.
The all-round energy in the atmosphere is a bliss.
Definitely signing up as soon as I’m back up in QLD.
