• I've practiced yoga for the past 2 years and stopped into the studio as I was on vacation. It actually rivals my studio - especially enjoyed the challenge pose at the end and will be suggesting that to my regular studio. I also really liked the instruction on what to think about in each pose. Just the right amount of instruction. Alex was fantastic. Will definitely come back when I visit again!
