The instructor Dawn was awesome, very welcoming. Being that it was my first time she made sure I was comfortable. She modified the yoga position to help me while teaching the class. Thanks again for that experience and will be back.

I loved it! Mike the instructor was so positive and has good energy and I love a morning challenging yoga class. I cant wait to come back for another one 😃
