Eva use I had the BEST time. I loved the flow and the options provided. For the first time I felt completely comfortable in taking it easy and go into a different pose when things got to challenging.
instructor, environment, cleanliness. Wish you had some non-hot yoga classes at this facility. I came to this studio to follow an instructor but I'm finding the heat to be difficult to handle.
