I was back for the winter in fl and used Hot Yoga last winter . All trainers are superb and really care about you. My favorite of all trainers is Corrine . She is very passionate about her skills

Chelsea is the best. The room is very warm in the best way. Its a very peaceful environment & my mind always shuts off when i enter in the best way. When i am there i am just doing yoga I'm not thinking of anything else. Its such a great work out too and it is peaceful for my mind
