I absolutely LOVE Lana & her energy! I love her style of instructing. She's funny, Keeps it real...there isn't a dull moment in class. Thanks for all you do Lana!
It was a great class. Room was nice and hot, moves were hard but easy to catch on. The instructor was wonderful. I like how she repeats things so if your new you can catch on!
It was just great.
