I felt very welcomed in all the classes that I took. The small studio and calm demeanor of Lori and Rachel made it. I love both of their classes.

Had 2 classes with Heather so far, and she's an incredible teacher! Love the studio as well--so very clean, love the dimmer lighting in the practice room, wonderful infrared heating and temperature, awesome sound system, and very fair and honest membership pricing plans & options. I've been practicing yoga since 2008 and have been a yoga teacher myself for 5 years, and this studio has the best of everything on my list. I'm so delighted to have discovered it--truly a gem!
