It was hot. Challenging. Great flow. Worked everything great. Warm up and cool down exactly the amount of time that I like. The cool face class. And you could tell everybody was there to get everything and out of it. Camaraderie thank you, heather
Lana is a great teacher I like the heat. I would recommend her class and some of the other teachers. I did Rachael's class tonight. She is an amazing teacher, class was good but she had the music so disgustingly loud that it was so uncomfortable you couldn't enjoy the class and you couldn't hear one thing she was telling you to do so I will not return to her class sadly no reason for that. I have ear issues
