Great instructor (Allissa), modern, clean and Hot! Just like the sign says. Never tried restorative yoga before and after 12 weeks, I really feel a big reduction in muscle/ bone stiffness and increased mobility. Will be making this workout a permanent part of my lifetime fitness regime!
Great class. I don't know many yoga terms so at times it was hard to follow. Would definitely take it again though.
Everyone is nice and inviting. The classes are lovely. Challenging but you can catch on quickly.
Love the variety of offerings. Don't like the red lights though.
