Great instructor (Allissa), modern, clean and Hot! Just like the sign says. Never tried restorative yoga before and after 12 weeks, I really feel a big reduction in muscle/ bone stiffness and increased mobility. Will be making this workout a permanent part of my lifetime fitness regime!
Great class. I don't know many yoga terms so at times it was hard to follow. Would definitely take it again though.
